It's snowing again. Looks nice. 

River is still all funky. 

I did the 5k. Suffered for it afterwards though. My lungs are being extremely touchy.. and I've managed to make my ear go like it does after a plane journey. Unfuntimes. 

We had the coolest lecturer today.. It was so nice to have someone who appears to actually know how things work in practice. My cynical side enjoyed it immensely.

I hope everything's ok. I like to know the state of things. Even if they're bad.. cos help can be had. I'm a poet, fo'sho it.
